Heirst End-User License Agreement

The apps are licensed to you, not sold. This agreement gives you no right to their source code, which is not published.

You may download each app from this website, install it and use it free of charge on Android devices that you own or control. This license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction, you may not:

Install the apps only from files downloaded from this website. Each product page lists the file’s SHA-256 checksum and the fingerprint of its signing certificate, so you can check that a file has not been changed. A file obtained anywhere else may have been modified and is not supported.

The current versions are beta releases. They may contain defects, and they may change or stop being offered at any time. Some parts have not yet been verified on real devices; each product page lists them under “Verification status”.

Heirst Clean moves files to Android’s Trash or to a vault before anything is permanently deleted, but you remain responsible for keeping backups of files that matter to you.

Neither app has a Heirst server, analytics or ad SDK. How each app uses permissions and the network is described on the privacy page.

The apps include open-source libraries — Android Jetpack (AndroidX, including Jetpack Compose), Kotlin and kotlinx.coroutines — licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Those components remain under their own license, and nothing in this agreement limits the rights that license gives you.

To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Heirst Secure’s findings are indicators, not proof that an app is or is not malicious, and Heirst Clean cannot guarantee how much space will be freed.

To the extent permitted by law, xtheoputra is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or for loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the apps. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the apps. It ends automatically if you break it; you must then stop using the apps and uninstall them. Sections 1, 3, 8, 9 and 12 continue to apply after it ends.

This agreement may be updated, for example when a new version is released. The date at the top of this page shows the latest change. The version of this agreement in force when you install or update an app applies to that version of the app.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. It is published in English and in Indonesian with the same meaning; if the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
